Effects of Withdrawal

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

9. Returns and Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Goods)
